In 2019, a leadership workshop I attended to earn my CEM-AP through IAEE turned out to be a major turning point. What began as a routine professional development course quickly transformed into a profound awakening, shattering what had been a rather overconfident outlook. That experience sparked a deep dive into psychology and self-awareness, fueling a personal and professional transformation that continues to reshape how I approach leadership and learning.
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve had the privilege of producing hundreds of events and facilitating workshops across six countries. My hospitable approach and global perspective bring an engaging style to my speaking and facilitation. But beyond simply delivering content, I weave stories from my own experiences into each topic, grounding information in real-world insights that resonate. What truly drives me today is the realization that while many keynotes and workshops leave audiences inspired, they often lack clear, actionable takeaways. Too often, motivation fades once the event is over, and participants end up remembering more about the speaker’s story than the content itself.
I’m here to change that because I’ve experienced firsthand how a lack of psychological safety and the fear of failure can hold people back. By providing practical strategies grounded in neuroscience and psychology and sharing my journey of navigating these challenges, I ensure every audience leaves with tools they can implement right away. My goal is to shift conversations and set the tone for lasting change, creating environments where psychological safety, vulnerability, and the acceptance of failure become cornerstones of growth and success.
Outside of speaking and facilitating, I find inspiration through scuba diving and exploring cultures around the world. These passions help me recharge, fueling the creativity and insights I bring to my work with clients.
